To enable flight in-game, you can redeem as many of your flight feathers as you want with /flight redeem. This time is added to a bank, which you can use to fly with /flight on. Once all the time in your bank expires, you will fall back to the ground gracefully! Your flight time will not decrease while you are offline, or if you toggle it off with /flight off.
Disclaimer: Flight Feathers are only enabled in the Towny world!
