Vestria Store Policies
By making a purchase on our store you agree that you and/or your legal guardian (if you are underage) has read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
- Due to the digital nature of our content, purchases are non-refundable. Any and all chargebacks will result in an immediate ban from Vestria.
- Any store items lost after purchase will not be refunded. Players are responsible for the use or protection of their store items after delivery.
- Players are responsible for the management of their own subscriptions.
- Purchases from the Vestria Store are payments for the virtual items contained within the chosen package. This transaction is final. If you are banned for breaking the rules of Vestria, no purchases will be refunded. Bans are subject to the full discretion of Vestria. There is no guarantee of being able to access Vestria. If the server is no longer operated or operating under different conditions, all virtual items are forfeit. All items are virtual and have no value. As such, they cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.
